Recently, a senior customer from Mumbai, India, visited our company. Having first come to China as early as 1989, the customer possesses a deep understanding of the development journey and technological progress of China's manufacturing industry. This dedicated visit was aimed at finding efficient and stable forming machine for producing cups and lids. The two parties conducted a factory tour and formal business negotiations, marked by in-depth exchanges and promising results.
During the visit, the customer toured our production workshop. In front of our cup body forming line and specialized cup lid thermoforming machine, our technical staff provided detailed explanations of mold structures, heating control, the integrated cutting and stacking process, and the operational logic of the automatic collection system. Drawing on years of industry experience, the customer raised professional questions regarding material compatibility, mold change efficiency, and scrap recycling design. He also expressed recognition of our expertise in precision forming and energy-efficient design.
Following the tour, the two parties engaged in detailed business negotiations focused on the customer's actual production capacity requirements, product specifications (cup diameter, wall thickness, lid sealing lip structure, etc.), and production cycle time at his Mumbai factory. The customer specifically noted that, from his first visit to China to the present, he has witnessed the remarkable transformation of Chinese machine manufacturing – from its initial steps onto the world stage to its current capability for independent R&D. He commented, "The technological maturity and cost-effectiveness of Chinese forming machine have improved by leaps and bounds. This visit has shown me options that better meet our market needs."
